Where is Ridgecrest Conference Center?

Ridgecrest is located in Black Mountain, North Carolina 15 miles east of Asheville on Interstate 40 at Exit 66. For more information you can visit their website, https://ridgecrestconferencecenter.com/

What are the retreat fees?

  • Hotel : First 2 occupants $159 each ; after that each additional adult occupant ( 18 years old & above) add $20 No room charge for youth and children staying with their parents
  • 旅館：前兩位每人$159; 往後每加一成人(18歲及以上)增加$20 與父母同住的兒童和青少年不收取房費
  • Meals : Adult and Youth $78 each; Children 6-11 $48 each; Young children 5 & under eat free
  • 用餐 ：每人$78（成人或青少年）; 或 $48（6-11歲小孩）;  5歲及以下幼童免費 

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Please reach out to one of the Retreat Committee members if you need to cancel your registration. Refunds are available based on your cancellation date.

  • June 1 – June 30. Eligible for a 100% refund of retreat fees.
  • July 1 – July 31. Eligible for a 50% refund of retreat fees.
  • August 1 or later. The committee will discuss refunds with those who have medical or family emergencies arise that prohibit attendance. 

What amenities/activities are available?

Many of Ridgecrest’s recreational activities are available to guests at no additional charge. Equipment is available complimentary for guests to check out at either the main Rec Shack (near the recreation fields) or at the registration desk in Pritchell. Guests will only be charged if the equipment is damaged or not returned, replacement value only. Complimentary recreational options include:
 
  • Softball
  • Basketball (gymnasium)
  • Tennis
  • Volleyball (gymnasium or outdoor sand)
  • Fishing (bring own gear)
  • Disc Golf

Ridgecrest offers the following amenities for a fee:

  • Miniature Golf ($4 per guest)
  • Wii Rental ($75 per day)
  • Fire Ring ($75 per use, reserved through Event Coordination) 

What are the room types?

  • Mountain Laurel: 2 queen beds
  • Mountain Laurel handicap: 2 queen beds
  • Walnut: 1 Queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds
