Check-in procedures:

Registration for the conference begins at 2 PM in the afternoon on 9/5 (Sat) at Pritchell Building. The first session starts at 3:30 PM. Please leave home early so as not to disrupt the meeting. It is estimated that the drive will take at least four hours.) RCCC. If possible leave, BEFORE 10:30 am.

Welcome Team will be available until 3:30 pm.

Go to the Pritchell Lobby at RCCC Welcome Booth

Take your handbook, name tag, RCCC 25 years T shirt. The registration co-worker will tell you your room number. Then, You go to Ridgecrest counter to get the keys and meal tickets.

Please go to the right-hand side of the Ridgecrest check-in counter to check-in and take your room keys. If you are sharing a room with others and you are the first to come to the check-in counter, please takes all the room keys (there will be one for everyone) for your room. Please keep your roommates’ keys and meal tickets, so you can give it to your late coming roommates.

Check into lodging and plan to attend the first meeting at 3:30 pm.

If you miss the registration time, the second registration time will be 5:15 to 5:45 PM at the Pritchell Lobby. After that, please contact Adam Lau.

If there is an emergency on your way there and you need to contact the church, please contact Conference Chair: Eric Chien by contacting Lifeway conference center at 828-669-8022.

Note:

Ridgecrest is a tobacco-free environment. No pets are allowed on the site. Only those in room B can cook, all the other rooms cannot cook. There is no food delivery to the site but you can go out to eat or buy something to bring back and eat.

Ridgecrest will change towels everyday but will not change linen during the retreat.

Ridgecrest has one restaurant, please bring your meal ticket on time to the restaurant loacted on the Rhododendron’s first floor. Please stay in the line. It is a buffet restaurant, so you can come back for second rounds, but please do not lose your meal ticket or take more than what you can eat. The retreat site is up to it’s capacity at the labor day weekend, please come early or on time to line up for meal. So you will not be late for the next sermon.

Please dress appropriately and no bare feet are allowed in public areas.

Direction: Highway 40W exit 66, turn right at the end of the ramp, then turn right again at the stop sign to old US-70 E. Retreat site is just two minutes on your left hand-side. (map and directions from RDU)
