Cantonese Pastor / Minister (Full Time)
Raleigh Chinese Christian Church (RCCC), located in Cary, North Carolina, is seeking a full time Cantonese speaking Pastor/Minister to shepherd the Cantonese congregation, equip believers, and participate in fulfilling God’s gospel mission.
Job Responsibilities
- Preach and teach the Word of God
- Provide discipleship and pastoral care
- Lead and support community outreach and evangelism
- Collaborate with Mandarin and English congregation leadership to advance unified church ministry plans
Qualifications & Expectations
- Proficient in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is beneficial)
- Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or Master of Theology (Th.M.) from a conservative evangelical seminary
- Pastoral ministry experience
- Chinese cultural background with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated spiritual maturity and servant leadership

- 屬靈成熟，具僕人領袖心志
