¡@ The camp fees for children from K-6th grade (school year 2009-2010) are: ¡P Early registration by May 30: $60 camp fee (M-Th) plus (optional) $25 for field trip on 7/9. ¡P After May 31: $70 camp fee (M-Th) plus (optional) $25 for field trip on 7/9. Children age 3 (Birthday before May 31, 2007) to 5 years are eligible for preschool VBS program. Registration fee is not required for this age group. The pick up time for the preschoolers is 12:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Payment All payment for Camp Registration is to be made in full at the time Registration is received. Make check payable to Raleigh Chinese Christian Church (or RCCC). Please mail the registration form and payment to: Raleigh Chinese Christian Church VBS Camp, 9266 Chapel Hill Road, Cary, NC 27513. You may also drop off the form and payment at church office during weekdays or at the front lobby in main building on Sundays. Refund Policy ¡P Cancellations received in writing on or before June 20, 2010 will be entitled to a full refund. ¡P Cancellations received on or after June 21, 2010 will only be entitled to a refund if the camper¡¦s spot can be filled. ¡P There will be no refunds if cancellation takes place after the program starts or if a camper is temporarily or permanently suspended from a program due to failure to follow program guidelines. ¡P Full/prorated refunds will be provided in the event of a verified medical/hardship situation.
