Raleigh Chinese Christian Church
25th Anniversary

The church began as a Bible study group in 1963 to reach Chinese university students. The group met at the home of Dr. & Mrs. Gordon Middleton.  Dr. Middleton was a professor at NCSU.  His wife Celia and her sister Mary Herring were both born in China while their father was a missionary there.

In 1984, the group became the Raleigh Chinese Christian Church, a nondenominational church. This year 2009 marks the 25th anniversary!
