Welcome to RCCC's Sunday Bible Study Classes
Bible study classes are designed for all levels including people
seeking to understand the Christian faith.
The different classes are numbered to show the
different levels depending on your needs. Look at the following
roadmap
chart to see the goals of each level, find which level best fit your
needs, and find the classes being offered this quarter with the level
for you.
This is only a guideline. If you have any
questions, feel free to talk to the Christian Education Deacon or
any pastors or elders.

TARGET AUDIENCE AND GOALS

100 level
|
Target:
Those not-yet believers in Christ seeking to know more about
the Christian faith and beliefs (Seekers)
Goal:
To explain the gospel to
unbelievers and allow God
to lead them to Him. The course runs continuously
throughout the year.

200 level
|
Target:
New believers or those seeking to learn more about
spiritual disciplines and foundation of Christian beliefs.
Goal:
Help the students to understand the foundations of Christian
beliefs and to develop spiritual disciplines. Topics cycle
annually and include:

Basic Doctrines (foundational)
-
Christian New Life (Spiritual Disciplines, Bible Study
Methods)
-
OT/NT Surveys.
All
students are recommended to enroll at least one time each of
courses outlined in the 200 series before proceeding into
the other areas.

300-499 level
|
Target:
Christians who desire in-depth study of the Bible and
Biblical Theology and topics to help in their Christian
living.
Goal:
Help
students to develop a heart that desires God’s Word and a
conviction to obey God’s command so that Christ may be
manifested in their lives. Provide a systematic approach to
study the entire Bible and Christian topics.

500 level
|
Target:
Christians who wish to discover God’s plan for them and to
develop their spiritual gifts in Christian ministry.
Goal:
Equip the mature Christians. Help students to identify their
spiritual gifts and to develop them so that they can
effectively participate in the ministry of the church.
Areas include evangelism, worship, fellowship, caring, and
teaching.
